I hardly recognize the guy on the left. I was an over-worked Corporate Vice President living large (Really large). If truth be told, I was struggling in just about every aspect of life but I hid it well! I had the guys in the office poking fun at me by saying… “Here come the Pillsbury Dough Boy” or “If it isn’t Bob’s Big Boy”, and the one that always got to me…. “Here comes Russ the Weeble”. I laughed and played along but inside it was hurtful. I knew that I had to do something. You know the quote, “If it’s going to be, it’s up to me”?
Well, I made the decision to take my health back. In 19 weeks, I lost 85 lbs and I’ve never looked back. Really, If I can do it, so can you and we will do it together! I quit my job back in 2009 and decided to make helping people my life’s mission! Making the decision to take back your health, will be the best decision of your life!!!!
